Design is our MOST important quality of our product. It matters more than anything.



In just 1.5 years, we've grown to over 1 million users and 50,000 teams that user our product every day. You'll have the immediate opportunity to work on a product and influence decisions that millions of people will use!



In this role, you'll be working directly with the CEO as well as the product team in realizing our vision for new features and improvements to our existing product.



Our design system is based around:

1) Figma

2) Sketch (however, we are moving all to Figma)

3) ClickUp (of course)



You:

1) Consider yourself GREAT.

2) Take pride and passion in your designs.

3) Can think not just about how it looks, but also how it WORKS!

4) Can (at least eventually) commit to full time and LONG TERM work



Please note: We will only interview people that we reach out to directly, as we are extremely picky with design. We will not waste your time unless we are 100% serious. We will require a short mini project (basically just asking you to design something) in order to assess that your work is your own.
