Your appointments is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 1 week notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 1 week will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved services or $100, whichever is more. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Security Deposit is required for all service orders made via out website. We ask about no more than 10 percent of the order amount. For your protection, the order processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.

How can I make a security deposit?

1. The price on the site is indicated for one hour of the service provided by one of our specialists. So, if you need for example 2 people for 4 hours, just specify the number of services (quantity): 8.

4. On the next page, select the Enter a promo code line and enter the promo code DEPOSIT to display the correct deposit amount.
5. Click on Checkout and enter the required details of your credit/debit card to complete the payment.
